The Kalista peach tree has vigorous growth and half-open development. It blossoms late in the season, has a very high bloom set and a very good production rate every year.

Kalista peaches have light red skin and white flesh. They have a flat "bagel-like" shape, with an average size of AA. They have very good firmness, are easily handled and are resistant to cracking.
