The Memphis apricot tree has vigorous growth and half-open development. It blossoms late in the season and flowering is very good with a high production rate every year.

Memphis apricots are an attractive orange with a high percentage of red blush, and are round, slightly elongated with an average size of AA-AAA. They have very good firmness and a very low cracking rate, even after heavy rainfall.
