The Kalao apricot tree has vigorous growth and half-open development. It blossoms mid-season, flowering is very good and it has a high production rate every year.

Kalao apricots are orange with a high percentage of red blush and are round, slightly oval, with an average size of AA-AAA. They have very good firmness, are easily handled and have a very low cracking rate.
